The Missouri State Sporting Clays Association, Inc., MOSCA, is a nonprofit corporation of persons engaged in the promotion and education of clay target shooting sports, including safety and shotgun shooting in the disciplines of Sporting Clays, 5-Stand, COMPAK and F.I.T.A.S.C. target shooting in the State of Missouri.
